INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chances Casino Comox facilities, services, and website (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be at least 19 years old to enter the casino premises or participate in any gaming activities. Proof of age may be required upon request.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES
We encourage responsible gambling practices and provide various tools to assist with this, including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, permanent self-exclusion through BCLC GameSense program, and spending tracking through our loyalty statements. GAMING REGULATIONS
All gaming activities at Chances Casino Comox are governed by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) regulations and laws. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and will comply with these regulations.
USE OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES
You must use our facilities and services in accordance with their intended purpose and within reasonable bounds. Any unauthorized or malicious activity may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice.
ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for reasons including, but not limited to: excessive gaming activity, failure to comply with these Terms, or regulatory requirements.
DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS
You may set voluntary deposit limits ranging from CAD $50-$5,000 daily at our Cash Cage. Withdrawal limits are as follows: CAD $2,500 per day, CAD $15,000 per week, and CAD $50,000 per month. Higher amounts require advance notice and additional verification.
MOBILE AND TECHNICAL FEATURES
Our mobile app is available for download from the App Store or Google Play Store. Our website is designed to be fully responsive on mobile devices with quick-loading pages, touch-optimized navigation, and integrated maps and directions.
SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY

GAMING EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
We reserve the right to perform routine maintenance on gaming equipment as necessary, which may result in temporary shutdowns of machines.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and any amendments thereto constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in compliance with applicable laws.
